Despite all my valiant attempts to keep this a quiet week, I finally succumbed to a couple of the invites and frankly, its getting tough to keep saying no to peeps. And, Javier came along as well after his jog along the river. Having newly left a huge local sweat shop for a smaller outfit, Javier is definitely a happier man in practice. Yes, this was the same dude who gallantly offered me a ride in his gorgeous Z4 to the party at Mimolette. Again, he gallantly offered me a ride home after an impromptu dinner at one of the coffee shops along the way. This time, it was another fast car, a MG. I definitely enjoyed the ride home and yes, I love selfish fast cars! Better still, if they came with responsible drivers like Javier!
